Look up a hotel or flight booked on this site, or cancel it under the room or fare’s own terms.
What cancelling does
A refundable room cancelled inside its free window is refunded in full to the card used. A non-refundable room is cancelled with the hotel but not refunded. For flights the airline quotes the refund first, and you confirm after seeing it. The terms shown when you booked are the ones that apply. Changes to flight dates or names are not yet possible online: contact us.
